# BoardMark

> BoardMark (by I C Develop) is an md-first issue board for software companies with three board types — Scrum (sprints, drag-and-drop backlog planning, optional parallel sprints), Kanban (with a Backlog column) and Delivery pipeline (columns per delivery environment) — operated by I C Develop Company Limited (Head Office), Bangkok, Thailand. Every project, issue, comment and sprint is a Markdown file, written in a rich-text editor that saves Markdown; AI agents work through MCP with exactly the rights of the user who connected them (never admin or billing); company admins control seats, access and billing. English and Thai throughout. Pricing: ฿249 per seat per month (excl. 7% VAT), the first 2 seats of every company always free.

- ฿249 per seat per month excl. 7% VAT, prorated by seat-day; the first 2 seats are always free
- Free tier: ≤ 2 users, ≤ 2 projects, ≤ 10 GB — no card needed
- Storage above 10 GB: ฿70 per 10 GB block per month
- Monthly PDF invoice and Thai receipt / tax invoice; pay by card, PromptPay QR or bank transfer; 3% withholding for juristic companies
