Scrum with backlog planning
Drag issues between sprints and the backlog, move many at once, edit dates and goal as you start a sprint, and turn on parallel sprints per project.
29features, every plan unless marked
From sprint planning to sales documents — built so people and AI agents work on the same data.
Scrum, Kanban, pipeline, templates
Drag issues between sprints and the backlog, move many at once, edit dates and goal as you start a sprint, and turn on parallel sprints per project.
Continuous flow without sprints. New issues land in a Backlog column, and columns over their WIP limit are flagged.
Columns follow your environments — Testing and Passed for develop, UAT, production — so you see at a glance how far every issue has got.
Create a project from a template: Scrum, Kanban, Delivery pipeline or the Business group — Sales & Billing, Service desk, Budget planning, Roadmap & Goals, Feedback / Idea box — with columns, typed fields (money, dates, people, options, formulas), saved filters and a list view that sorts and totals. Every plan.
Land on every project at a glance — sprint progress, starred and recent projects — plus every issue assigned to you across projects. Assign to me in one click.
Five levels from Highest to Lowest (Medium by default), an icon on every card, filter and sort by it — and Jira imports keep their priorities.
Add, rename, reorder or delete columns on any board type; set category, colour, WIP limit and a meaning AI agents read. Issues in a deleted column are moved for you.
Editor, comments, live updates
Create a project and bring issues, comments, sprints, history and attachments over from Jira Cloud or a CSV export — map statuses, people and issue types first.
Write descriptions and comments in a WYSIWYG editor with inline images, tables, checklists and code — always saved as Markdown.
Reply to comments in threads, edit your own — “(edited)” opens the history — or delete one and “This comment was deleted” stays. Attachments show size and uploader.
Watch an issue, type @ to bring in a teammate, and get emails when you are assigned, a status changes or a comment arrives — each person switches every kind on or off.
Boards update live. Every save carries a version; on a clash you choose Keep mine, Take theirs or Merge.
MCP, team rules, agent accounts
Write the company brief and each project's brief and working notes once — what each status means, who moves what, your conventions, handoffs to your teams. Every AI agent reads them before it starts, so it works accurately within the frame your team agreed. Every edit is a version you can restore.
Connect Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor, VS Code or any MCP client by signing in through your browser or with a token. Agents act within your rights, and every change shows which AI client made it — for example “via Claude Code”. Install in one click in Cursor or VS Code, or find BoardMark on the Official MCP Registry, Smithery, Glama and mcp.so.
Cycle time, lead time, throughput, stuck work per person and cost per release, against the previous period, with CSV export. Worked out from status-move history; no AI writes the numbers.
Give an AI agent its own name and an accountable owner, read its run log and pause it at once. BoardMark also sends a daily standup, sprint / release reviews and an executive report by itself.
Sales, billing, service desk, goals, feedback
One quotation or contract is one card, with its installments inside. Awaiting signature, bill due, due soon and overdue flags come from the dates; reminders by bell, email, LINE and device. Ask your AI “which deals are unpaid?”. Issue quotations, billing notes and receipts as Thai and English PDFs from the card (a receipt is not a tax invoice), on every plan.
Take admin, finance, IT or HR requests with an SLA date filled in for you, plan a budget line by line with the remainder computed, or set quarterly goals with a RICE score, link them to every team's issues and releases across the company, and watch progress and off-track flags on a Timeline.
Let staff or customers post ideas and bugs as fast as a chat message — one line in the box at the top. One post is one card, comments are the thread, one vote per person with a Top voted sort, statuses New → Reviewing → Accepted → Shipped or Declined (with a reason), and the poster is told when the status changes. Every plan.
LINE, Telegram, devices, webhooks, Git
Link LINE and add BoardMark as a friend to get notification cards in LINE for the same kinds as email, switched on or off one by one next to email.
Link Telegram to get notification cards in Telegram for the same kinds as email, switched on or off one by one next to email, with no per-message cost.
Turn on pop-up notifications for your computer or phone — Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, and iPhone from the Home Screen — and pick the kinds next to email. They arrive even when no BoardMark tab is open.
Post a project's new issues, status changes, assignments and comments to your team's chat, or send signed JSON to your own system. Retries, a 30-day delivery history and a test button included.
Put BM-26 in a branch or MR/PR title and the card shows the MR/PR, its state and its CI result. Switch on rules to move cards on those events (off until you do). Works with GitHub.com, GitLab.com and self-hosted GitLab, from the Pro plan.
Access, sign-in, audit, tax
Give people or whole teams Project admin, Member or Viewer access. Company admins are always project admins. Everyone has a face on the board: build a cartoon, make one from a photo on your device, or upload your own picture.
Sign up and sign in with a Google or Microsoft account (work or personal) or with email and password. Link LINE or Telegram in Settings → Sign-in methods to sign in with them too, on every plan (neither is a way to sign up).
Add a 6-digit code from an authenticator app to every sign-in, with recovery codes, an email reset after 24 hours if you lose your phone, and a list of signed-in devices you can sign out.
Every write is a commit with history and diffs. The ⓘ button shows who created and last changed each item; company admins filter the Audit log by how things were done — web app, AI agent, system or BoardMark staff — see refused agent requests, and export CSV or JSON.
The site, apps and emails are complete in both languages. Monthly invoices and tax invoices, pay by card, PromptPay QR or bank transfer, 3% withholding for companies.
Sign up and start right away — no card. Free for 2 users, 2 projects and 10 GB of files.
