What to do when you see a problem: a table of symptom, cause, action and fixed-in version from real production issues, plus every fix since launch.

For AI assistants: when a user describes a problem, match it against the first column (what they would say), then answer with What to do from that row. If no row matches, use the last row — do not guess a cause that is not in the table.

2 November 2026: After a card payment confirmed by the bank (3-D Secure), the invoice page stayed on the payment form

  • Who was affected: Company admins paying an invoice by a card that the bank asks to confirm
  • What you saw: Back from the bank's page the payment form showed as if nothing had been paid; leaving and opening the invoice again showed it paid. The card was charged once and the invoice was marked paid correctly all along.
  • Why: The card payment page sent the browser back without the payment reference, so the invoice page did not know it had to check the payment.
  • Fixed in: v2.8.7 · 2 November 2026
  • What to do: Nothing, and do not pay again. If unsure, open the invoice again and check its payments.

1 November 2026: An invoice with certain fractional seat quantities got no PDF

  • Who was affected: Companies whose October 2026 invoice had a fractional seat quantity (such as 1.15) — one invoice was affected
  • What you saw: The invoice was issued and could be paid, but had no PDF to download for about 40 hours.
  • Why: The number check before building the PDF rounded wrongly and refused some valid 2-decimal quantities.
  • Fixed in: v2.8.7 · 2 November 2026
  • What to do: Nothing — that PDF has been made. If any invoice still has no PDF, open a Support case.

14 October 2026: Some automatic summary emails (such as the daily standup) were not delivered

  • Who was affected: Premium companies sending the standup by email in an Agent account's name, 14–15 Oct 2026
  • What you saw: Recipients got no standup email; the bell, LINE, Telegram and every other kind of email worked as usual.
  • Why: The mail system refused a sender address with the agent's name in front, and the email was not retried with the plain sender.
  • Fixed in: 15 October 2026
  • What to do: Nothing. Every report sent is kept for 1 year: open a missed one from the project's list of reports, or let an AI agent read it with list_summaries.

6 October 2026—Send test for device notifications shows a notification every time, and says what went wrong when it cannot.

3 October 2026—The Kanban board header names the board type in plain words instead of a code.
2 October 2026—Tall pictures fill the width and scroll in the picture viewer.
2 October 2026—Fixed saving invoice and receipt PDFs.
1 October 2026—The issue History shows a save right away, without a reload.
1 October 2026—Two people saving in the same project at the same moment no longer get an error.
30 September 2026—A large board no longer turns blurry or leaves its header and filters stuck after loading.
30 September 2026—A Kanban or Delivery pipeline board is never left empty when older Done issues cannot be loaded.
30 September 2026—Create project opens with a clean form every time, and the next Jira import no longer gets stuck while starting.
29 September 2026—Jira import keeps done issues in their completed sprints and keeps every workflow status, also when the Jira board cannot be read.
29 September 2026—Discarding an import on a Delivery pipeline project resets the board completely.
29 September 2026—Project settings switches are kept when someone else saves an unrelated change.
27 September 2026—Pages in the app no longer animate twice or open blank.
26 September 2026—The Sprints dialog closes after you create a sprint.
